Africa Development Aid (ADA) has Board of Directors with seven (7) members inclusive of the Executive Director. The constitution stipulates that the number of members of the Board of Directors should be seven. Two of them are to be women.
The Board of Directors receives reports by management and communicates their decisions through the Executive Director. Responses by the Board on how the performance of management is monitored stated that it was done through quarterly reports, appraisals and internal audits. The quarterly reports would mainly inform the Board.
